Two Deep Ends, No Shallow Water

Scorpio and Pisces sit four signs apart, which in astrology is a trine — the smoothest angle there is, made smoother still by the fact that both are Water signs. Same element, same fundamental temperament. Nothing has to be explained twice. One of you goes quiet and the other doesn't take it personally, doesn't ask three times what's wrong, and doesn't fill the silence with chatter.
