One of twelve divisions of the sky, fixed relative to your birth location, that a natal chart maps planets into.
Where a zodiac sign is about which constellation-based backdrop a planet appears against, a house is about which area of life that placement is read to affect -- things like career, relationships, or home life, depending on the house.
Houses are calculated from your exact birth time and location, since they're anchored to the horizon and the point directly overhead at that specific moment -- which is also why they require more precise birth data than a sun sign alone.
Houses aren't yet a feature built out on this site, but they're a standard part of a full natal chart reading.
